Hi my names Abbie and I am not allowed to buy any more clothes. This sad but true fact has been installed into me finally by the want to spend my pennies on other things. I know what you're thinking, what have you done with the real Abbie, and who is this imposter that wants to spend her wages on 'other things'. Well once you have heard my plea I think you'll be on board too.  

I have a few city breaks planned and then a major trip to New York for my thirtieth birthday in September (FML, I'm 30) which basically does not allow for any irrational spending in Topshop.

So in a bid to save I am trying my best to re-work my wardrobe and switch-up some looks to create new outfits. I will be hitting up pinterest to take a cue from the street style stars with the intention of making my wardrobe more desirable to, well, me. 

As today was the first day of

not having a life

 a successful path to saving I chose to style up an old checked shirt with my faithful vintage leopard-print jacket. Print clash Thursdays I like to call it.
