I might be evolving but leopard print is here to stay
Well well well. Not only did I leave the house, I fashioned some sort of outfit together that isn’t just my old puffer coat and joggers. It’s a lockdown miracle! Not that my trusty puffer and old joggers are a bad look, actually it’s one of my favourite looks, it was just that I was craving some leopard print. Yes, I crave leopard print.
I wanted to dust off my most recent charity shop leopard print coat purchase to spice up my daily walk. And do you know what, it felt bloody great. I even had the urge to take some outfit photos for this blog - it’s something I have loved to do for many years and I was kind of missing it.
Somehow I feel a little more motivated this lockdown, I do think it has to do with the start of a new year coupled with the fact that Lockdown 1 and 2 I drank and ate too much, which resulted in me not feeling particularly great. Whilst you have to do what you have to do to get through these strange times, late nights and copious glasses of red wine was not really what my body, mind or soul needed. I had my fun and have really taken on 2021 with a new mindset. As wanky as it sounds, it’s true.
In terms of blogging, photography and content creation, well, I love doing it. So with extra time on my hands I’ve got to go for it. That’s my plan anyway. I’ve had a refresh in terms of look and feel of my little space on the internet, re-jigged my edits and looked at the type of content I want create to feel in-keeping with where I am now in my life.
Me… life… daily situations… well it’s all changed, not just in terms of Covid either. So here I am changing too, evolving so to speak. I really want to get back in that blogging saddle and push myself to create more often. What is it they say? Consistency is key? Wish me luck.
