Christmas is my favourite time of year, as soon as the air turns crisp and Christmas markets start arriving I feel the need to purchase cinnamon spice fragrance candles and hang fairy lights everywhere. I love the Christmas day build up, the advent calenders, present buying and clearing a space in the lounge for the Christmas tree - yep I am a big fan.

Come December 23rd I am heading home for Christmas and have already started planning lots of fun with friends and family, roll on the cheese boards and festive boozing.

I am big on making homes feel festive over the Christmas period, a bit of tinsel here and a reindeer ornament there, living with 5 people I am sure we will all chip in to add a special Christmas touch to our home. However if I were to have a little place of my own I would certainly be decorating it similar to the Christmas inspiration below...
