OOTD: Grey Shades
Dull shades for a dull day; however, it was warm so warranted my legs and arms out!?
Oh, weather you are causing me some major outfit confusion at the moment.
I rocked this
Prey Of London
dress last week when I attended my friends birthday BBQ, the oversized, shapeless fit of the dress is not only right up my street but also perfect to cover the food baby I was about to grow, as I was at a BBQ quite renowned for it's delectable spread of the finest chargrilled food.
It goes something like this... the food appears, I become an unsociable pig, act like I haven't eaten for a week (quite untrue I can assure you), pile my plate sky high with burgers, rolls & potato salad and then, once scoffed I am able to become human again.
Basically,
BBQ buffet = my favourite way to eat.
Enough about food (something I never say) and back to the dress, have you guys ever heard of
Prey Of London
? No? Well, me neither. It was a lovely surprise when they got in touch as the brand ethos is so a
'bit of me'
. They are an online boutique founded in Shoreditch inspired by London, street style and the spirit of the night they mix vintage rock references with a street couture swagger - hellooooo!
Styled with layered necklaces from
and my lace-up lovelies from
I was ready to hover around the buffet and eat my weight in burgers.
