THE COAT EDIT

For me, a coat can transform an entire outfit, accelerating your look from messy to tailored in a one layer application. My coat obsession started many years back when I first started charity shopping, as finding a good vintage coat seemed to be something I was rather good at - see my vintage check number HERE and my fab Aquascutum find HERE.

Now fall is again upon us, and I cannot help but have the urge to purchase / invest in yet another coat. As an avid blog reader and online shopping addict I am well and truly hooked on an excuse for a new season coat refresh.

Swooning over the latest arrivals and telling myself that all my coats are now redundant, is pretty much how I have spent the last few weeks. So, as the coat is the current object of my desire I owe it to myself to update my look and of course, to stay warm in style this winter.
