CitizenM Hotel in Shoreditch
A couple of weekends ago I was lucky enough to collaborate with the uber-cool Shoreditch based hotel,
. I enjoyed a lovely evening with my bestie; we chilled, drank espresso martinis and ordered pizza to our bed, it was divine. Some of you are thinking, YOU CHILLED? Whilst in Shoreditch? Hang on, but you love a party? Yes, yes I do, but sadly I was hit with the flu, and it was bad. So bad in fact, I thought (and was convinced by doctors, friends and 111) that I had been struck with Malaria! But you lot needn't panic, it was just a rubbish bout of ze flu. Mehhhh.
Anyway, flu-ridden or not, I still had a fabulous stay at the oh-so-Instagrammable
. With the need to snap every corner I turned due to shelves adorned with stylish ornaments and every fashion lovers dream literacy scattered on ornate tables, I was in my Insta element. That alone was enough to cure me of the god-forsaken flu.
Each room feels like a futuristic pod
; contemporary and compact, everything was controlled by an Ipad; from lights, blinds, TV and heating, all activated with one little touch. Situated right in the heart of
, it would be the perfect place to stay if you are visiting East London for a night out with the girls or a romantic stay with your fella, so get your arse down there, trust me you won't be disappointed.
If you are looking for night-out options, then I am ya gal (ahem), all within a short walking distance you have bars and restaurants aplenty...
