A new (but not new!) favourite brand on my style radar

Now this brand is by no means new, in fact it’s been around since the ‘70s.

But it’s new to my wardrobe. And it’s safe to say I am rather obsessed.

Free People has always been a brand that I thought was beautiful. There was something about its bohemian, free-spirited collections that evoked serious wanderlust in me. The way they clash patterns in their online styling and how their campaigns feel so breezy and free.

They don’t just serve up boho dresses either, there’s so much more. I stumbled across this boiler suit in their sale and was very luckily treated to it for my birthday by Matt’s mum.

As with anything ordered online you just never know how it will look, feel or fit, which is sometimes the main reason I prefer an in-shop shop rather than an online one.

But, it was love as soon as I pulled the first leg up. You know when you can tell at that point. Oh, I knew. I was also beyond happy when I initially unwrapped this beauty; it was weighty, I was pleased to see the waist belt could be tided tighter if needed, and the cream was a solid colour - it wasn’t transparent at all so black undies were OK to wear underneath.

This particular boiler suit is not available anymore but Free People do have plenty more beautiful boiler suits available.

As this boiler suit is no longer on the Free People website, I’ve put together some more of my favourites, a mixture of cream, denim and khaki.

Have a great weekend and I hope you like this outfit as much as I do!
