Dog walking outfits

Since becoming a dog mom and moving to the countryside it’s pretty inevitable that my style was going to take a more practical and comfy route, especially when dog-walking outfits are a recurring theme!

Making the most of a clear day be it in the freezing cold depths of winter or on a balmy summer’s afternoon, walking our little pup Indie brings me an immense amount of joy. Talking of joy, I share small joyful moments over on a new Instagram account if you want to join me.

So with the daily dog walk a high priority, it’s no surprise that dog-walking clothes are top of the wardrobe must-have list as there are just some items you can’t live without! Hunter Wellington Boots, a Barbour Jacket and sturdy walking boots are up there!

Let’s be honest, you can wear what you want on a good old dog walk but if like me you have to traipse across muddy fields, a practical dog-walking outfit is a must. BUT… whilst practicality is necessary, I still want to feel nice and look at least a little bit stylish.
